Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Packagepathgrid treats information when you visit packagepathgrid.digital or write to the office about a clinic capacity review. It is written for an English-language audience. The website itself does not run lead-generation forms.

Data controller

Packagepathgrid, 2950SCobbDr Smyrna Georgia(GA) 30080, contact@packagepathgrid.digital, +16782174976, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and through ordinary office correspondence. For a paid review, the host clinic remains controller of any appointment extracts it supplies; Packagepathgrid acts on those extracts only as described in the engagement, preferably de-identified.

What we collect

The public website does not ask for your name, email, or telephone through a form. If you choose to telephone or email, we receive whatever you include in that message, typically a name, clinic name, return number, and a description of the appointment book. Server logs may record an IP address, browser type, and requested path for security and fault finding. Cookie choices are stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key as described in the cookie notice.

Why we use it

Correspondence is used to answer your question, quote a review, or perform an agreed engagement. Logs are used to keep the site available. Cookie-choice storage is used so the banner does not reappear every visit after you accept or reject. We do not sell lists and we do not use correspondence to run advertising networks.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation, then deleted from mailbox folders within twelve months unless a legal hold applies. Signed engagements, invoices, and working papers are kept for seven years to meet ordinary business-record needs in Georgia. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle, typically under ninety days. Appointment extracts are returned or destroyed at the end of the review unless the clinic asks in writing that a de-identified method note be kept.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of the European Economic Area and similar regimes may also have a right to data portability. To exercise rights, write to contact@packagepathgrid.digital from the address you used in correspondence so we can match the request. We may need to refuse a request that would expose another person’s data or a clinic’s unpublished lists.

International transfers

The office is in Smyrna, Georgia, United States. Hosting and email providers may process limited technical data in other countries. Where a transfer from the EEA, UK, or a similar regime occurs, we rely on the provider’s published transfer tools (such as standard contractual clauses) or on the fact that you initiated the correspondence. Do not email identifiable patient lists.

Processors

We use a static host to serve this site and an email provider to receive messages you send. They process data on our instructions. The optional desktop utility, if you obtain it via Veve, is local record-keeping; this policy does not turn Veve into our processor for clinic extracts you never send us.

Children

This site is aimed at clinic staff and managers, not at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children through the website.

Changes

We will post updates on this page. Material changes will be dated in the page title or an opening line when they occur.
