Refunds and cancellations

These rules apply to professional capacity reviews and related planning work quoted by Packagepathgrid. They do not describe goods, subscriptions, or application-store purchases. The desktop utility, if obtained through Veve, follows Veve’s listing terms; this page does not refund a file we never supplied.

Eligibility

A refund is considered only for fees actually received for an agreed review. Informational rates on the website are not invoices. Telephone enquiries create no refundable charge.

Timeframe

Ask in writing to contact@packagepathgrid.digital within fourteen days of the event you want considered (cancellation, missed site walk, or disputed briefing). Requests after the written briefing has been delivered are limited to the unused remainder of a clearly itemised extra, if any.

Full or partial refund

If you cancel more than ten full days before a booked site walk, and no extract has been read, the deposit is returned in full. If the extract has already been read, we retain a portion equal to desk time already spent, described on the invoice, and return the rest. After a site walk, the walk portion is not refundable because rooms have already been counted.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked at the clinic’s request, printed chart sets already produced, and meeting rooms hired for a briefing are not refundable once incurred. Time spent waiting on an extract that never arrived after two agreed deadlines may be billed and is not refunded.

Process

Write to contact@packagepathgrid.digital with the clinic name, engagement date, and reason. We confirm what has been done, what will be returned, and the amount. Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment where the bank allows it, otherwise by cheque to the paying organisation.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen days of our written confirmation. Banks may take additional days to show the credit.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a site walk once without fee if you give at least five full days’ notice. Later changes may incur a further visit charge. We may reschedule if a clinic is closed for an outbreak or weather; no extra fee applies in that case.

Deposits

A deposit, when required, holds the review dates. It is applied to the final fee. It is refundable only as described above.

No-shows

If the suite is closed or the agreed contact is absent without notice at the booked walk time, the visit portion is charged. A new date is quoted separately.

Work already started

Reading an appointment extract, drawing session blocks, and drafting the briefing are started work. That portion is payable even if you later decide not to hold the operational meeting.

Materials

We do not sell kits or consumables. Printed charts prepared for your meeting are part of the review fee once printed.
